About the Facilitator

Dr. Arayeh Norouzi holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and is a Certified Life Coach with years of experience guiding individuals through emotional healing and personal transformation. She is also the bestselling author of The Art of Living in Joy, which serves as a foundation for many of the concepts explored in this program.

Her approach is compassionate, grounded, and deeply human—meeting you where you are, while gently guiding you toward where you want to be.
